We are sorry to hear that you encountered difficulty at the embassy. Unfortunately it sounds like you only printed out the PDF of the policy wording and not the full email set. The Policy Wording is a generic document that all customers receive, detailing levels of cover and policy terms for the travel insurance that you purchased. Your confirmation email included your personal policy certificate and a Visa Letter for you to print off to present to the embassy – this includes your name and address, including any other family members included on the policy. Please make sure when you submit your VISA application details that you provide your confirmation email that includes your certificate, personal details and we also recommend including the VISA Letter/policy wording. Unfortunately we do not set the embassy rules on what they require, but we do try hard to make sure you have everything you need. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your feedback, an email with your Certificate and Policy Wording was sent at the time of purchase to the email address you provided. If you have not received this please call our Customer Service Team on 01483 562 662. You will also have received a Sage Pay receipt which is proof of payment which possibly is the email which you are referring to.  

If there was anything else you were expecting to see in the policy email please do let us know.
