Insurance handled over the phone by very helpful agent
Insurance taken out over the phone as had difficulty finding correct policy on-line. However found very friendly and helpful service over the phone which beats the faceless internet any day.

Very good costumer service. I had to cancel my trip at the last moment and the support team was supportive to transfer me the amount I had paid for insurance premium.
Quick, easy, polite, reasonable cost.
Been with Voyager for years.
