Convoluted Process

Long convoluted process after signing up then having to send scanned copies of passport etc .don't see why this is a requirement for you to receive these as the cruise line requires all this...

Ensure you are providing customer with correct information, third cruise booked this year , first time used this agency , not likely to use again due to bad experience
