Hi Sonya, I have escalated this issue and a Supervisor will be in contact with you imminently. Apologies that this issue hasn't been addressed satisfactorily to this point. We are looking into what has happened and will ensure that steps are taken to avoid any future issues. Please be assured that in all material it is communicated clearly that the travel dollars can be redeemed as part-payment towards a selected of cruises, accommodation, holiday packages and other travel and lifestyle products up to the value displayed on the website. This gives the redeemer significant savings off the current retail price and is in no way dodgy or misleading.
