Missing order and horrid lack of responsiveness.
I’d love to know how their service is but can’t get a return call or email. I’m still missing $200 worth of labels as my order never arrived.

Great customer service!
We never received the email confirming that our order was sent out, which caused a bit of anxiety. However, customer service was prompt and assured us everything was ok. Package arrived as scheduled.

great product. I never got a dispatch notice so I couldn't track the package. Contacted customer service and promptly received tracking number

Not what I expected at all from the description. Wasn’t worth over $20!!!

Nice Product
Product was nice. There was some air bubbles that got caught in the board, and shipping took an extra week, so total time was 3+ weeks.

Still waiting and very annoyed!
I never received my package eventhough the tracking said it was delivered. I called and left 2 voicemails and have not received a call back yet.

Wouldn't order again
My order took almost a month to arrive. No one contacted me to inform me that there was a delay. When I called, the representative was friendly but ultimately completely unhelpful.

Disappointed
I still have not received my order weeks later... I paid for express shipping and the customer service teams keeps telling me it’s the postal company’s fault. I would expect to have a better answer...
