Looks like the puzzles came out really good. People on the phone were very nice and helpful. Just disappointed because my order delivered 10 days late.

product is good but the shipping is not.
The changed arriving time through me off. The estimated arriving time was before the day care start day when I placed the order. The products didn't arrived 2 days after day care start day.

Room for improvement
The expectation these days is to get a tracking number & estimated arrival date. I think if you’re charging for shipping the tracking should be MUCH better. Quality of product is OK! I think sort of...

Arrived a week late
My order arrived a week later than promised, and only after I contacted the company to inquire as to its whereabouts. The product itself is lovely.
