No response to emails! Trying to cancel policy online application unclear
Filled out all fields to set up policy online and after entering bank details there was no response from website. Assumed policy hadn't set up as there was an error message. Emailed but no response....

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the level of service that you received, this is certainly not indicative of our usual levels of service.
I can confirm that this policy is cancelled and that no payments have been collected.

Not very happy
Trying to get through on phone to ask questions about pet insurance was very difficult, finished by taking out policy on line, I then find that because I have used a credit card to pay for the policy...

I tried for 2 days to get through on the telephone. I waited for over 20 minutes each time. Eventually I had a live chat with a very helpful lady who called me back. They really need to staff...
