Great value policy - giving me exactly the cover i wanted.
Easy to use website, and prompt dispatch of policy documents.
Took out two policies for both puppy and cat

Wrong name
I sent you an e-mail on 9th June saying that the wrong name was on the policy. You have Mrs M Rylance, it should read Mrs A Rylance. I have not had a reply yet.

If you're with Petplan you should get a quote from The Insurance Emporium
Thorough but quick help and guidance over the phone when buying the new pet insurance cover. Plus the premiums are 10% of what I was being charged by Petplan. Would recommend everyone gives The...

would have nothing to complain about if document had arrived promptly
