you could begin by returning phone calls .i rang many many times and requested a call back but untill i emailed to ask if you still existed i had no response from you .this all took over a month...

My policy document file emailed to me was empty. I notified Emporium for them to send my documents but they haven't replied. Communication is lacking.

Pretty good but charged me twice therefore had to contact customer services for a refund. Had read that the phone lines take forever tsk used chat instead which was really efficient and was refunded...
