Disappointed New customer
Very disappointed I have insured 3 dogs I have had confirmation about 1 dog not a thing about the other..the monies have been taken from my bank..I will be ringing up shortly hoping it will sort...

When I couldnt find policy docs a further email sent immediately. Easy to talk to personnel - easy website

Cover for life at 13yrs old
Took a few minutes to get through on the phone but very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
My 13yr old pedigree cat was covered for life for 40% of the previous policy.

So far, so good!!
Good with multi pet policy discount. Separate policies to. Great customer service, don't push you into buying anything else with them. Found them on comparison sites and they were the cheapest...

It gave me what I wanted at a reasonable price
I did all the work. When asked a specific question on chat I had to ask twice and the answer was still a little vague. Don't know how good they are until I make a claim which hopefully I won't have...
