We are very sorry you are not happy with our service, the reason we cannot take different shipping addresses over the phone is to protect you and your card, we have had previous experience in cloned cards and these people have items sent to an emty property, when you order online the card company we use checks all delivery addresses automatically we cannot send this information manually.
With regards to the delivery company they advised us that the driver ran out of time on the day of delivery which we are extremely sorry for. The percentage of customer whose orders are late or delayed is less than 0.5% unfortunately you were one of them.
We have sent you some free gifts for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Outstanding initial service. Ordered 3.30pm one day delivered before lunchtime the next. But then wanted photographs, part numbers and the BBQ serial number before sending the missing gas bottle...
First class product range and availability and it arrived next day as promised. Phoned later for an accessories enquiry and call centre very helpful and knowledgeable.

Quick delivery, everything was packaged well and arrived safely.
Excellent price & service from BBQ Store. Shame that the TNT delivery guy didn't have a trolley with him when he delivered it to me, as I had to help him carry it from his van & into my home! No idea...
