It was delivered on time and the delivery man was very obliging he put the item in the yard for me. There was a problem, the connector did not fit my gas bottle and I don't know where to get one.

I am delighted to be able to change my review of the BBQ Store. Following my review they contacted me very quickly and offered to replace the damaged parts of my BBQ despite the fact I had already used it. The replacement parts were dispatched the same day and arrived the next morning. I fully accept that the BBQ was dispatched as it arrived to them from the manufacturer. In light of the exceptional customer service I received, I would have no doubt in recommending The BBQ Store to anyone. Many Thanks to Emma, great service.
