We are extremely sorry you are not happy with your purchase, our BBQ's are packed & checked by OUTBACK we do send out hundreds of these every season and unfortunately 1 or 2 may occur some damage in transit, if you had contacted us we would of exchanged it immediately, we have offered you compensation to apologise.
