Delivery did not occur on scheduled day. Was told that I'd need to pay £25 for delivery on subsequent day, so cancelled order.

We are extremely sorry the Courier did not deliver your item on time, we do take up each case with the courier, we completely failed you on this occasion as you should not pay any more for delivery if it was our or our couriers fault, we have spoken to the person who told you this and disciplined them accordingly. We have now refunded your payment.
