I am very sorry to hear that you have not been happy with your experience with us. It is upsetting to read a review such as this, as usually our customers are so happy with us and that is always what we want. I have spoken to our Service Manager Hayley, who I believe has already been in contact with you and is working to resolve things with you. Please be assured that a high standard of customer service is paramount to us, before, during and after sales. Obviously unforeseen things can sometimes go wrong, but we will always aim to resolve any issues in the most efficient way possible to get our customers out enjoying their caravans and motorhomes as they should be.
