Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you are so happy with the whole process and that you found the 2 hour hand over beneficial. We pride ourselves in the fact that our customer's journey with us begins when purchasing a caravan and motorhome, not ends, as the aftersales support we offer our customers is equally important and we're very glad to hear that this has been your experience. We hope you are enjoying your lovely new caravan and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Thank you for your review. We really value all feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of cleaning of your van. Our usual standard is very high, so I will be feeding this back to our enhancement team and investigating further. Very pleased to hear that you found our team friendly and helpful though. Wishing you lots of great adventures in your new van and looking forward to seeing you again in the future.

In the meantime, we wish you lots of fantastic caravanning adventures and look forward to seeing you again.
