Hi and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very happy to hear you had a great time on your BVI flotilla. We are pleased you had an awesome crew and itinerary and the boat was comfortable for your experience. We apologize that encountered a few unwelcome guests aboard. We work diligently to keep boats clean before and after charters as well as keep all cardboard off the boats (where they like to find original refuge). Hopefully you were able to share your experience with the base team during your debriefing. We will also share this with the local team.
