The reservation staff were good and gave expert advice. Documentation was good and the holiday product lovely as previously mentioned

It is with genuine regret that I learn of the disappointment you faced with regards to the quality of food on board the ship and, on behalf of Riviera Travel, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the impact this had on the overall enjoyment of your holiday. We work tirelessly to ensure the very highest quality levels for our tours and it is disheartening that we failed to live up to our usually high standards on this occasion. Rest assured we will be addressing the issues you have raised.
Not much to add to the above. Getting out of bed at 4.45am on the final day to get to the airport and then having a 4 hour flight delay was bit much, having said that the tour manager was very good...

I am pleased to learn overall you had an enjoyable time on your recent holiday with us, however it is disappointing to learn that several aspects of your tour failed to meet your expectations, for which I apologise unreservedly on behalf of Riviera Travel. The tour manager looked after us very well and was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, providing excellent guided tours. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
