Constantly fluctuating prices are frustrating for users since it is difficult to know we are getting best available value for price.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We are sorry you encountered any upset during the booking process. Our web site is live and connected directly to the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and consolidators. All prices displayed during an online search are based on cached data that can be a few hours old. The last screen before the booking is confirmed is where a third party suppliers software accesses live pricing and inventory. As you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.

Tried to book online and the site was not working. My sister also tried and we both tried on different devices and neither phone, Ipad or computer would allow us to book .
