Hi Cris, Thank you so much for your continued support and loyalty — We completely understand your concerns about packaging waste, we have gone to great lengths to ensure our packaging is both eco friendly as possible. Below is an excerpt from our blog and within the link you can read the full details. If you would like more reassurance, please do contact us. Material: Made from 100% recyclable polypropylene (PP), fully approved for food contact and BPA-free. Unlike less distinguishable plastics, our bright yellow tubs are easily identifiable for recycling services. Labels: Also made from PP, they are called ” In-Mould Labels” (IML), meaning the entire pack is made from the same ‘mono’ material. This increases the ease of recyclability and reduces the need for more packaging waste. Unlike other food packaging, with self-adhesive labels applied or cardboard sleeves, adding another material decreases the likelihood that the packaging will be recycled. Recyclability: Over 79% of local authorities in the UK will recycle PP from home collections. PP is in high demand for manufacturing a wide range of reusable items. As local arrangements for recycling vary, the first step is to check with your local authority. Read the ‘What if my council doesn’t recycle?’ section below for more guidance. Reusability: The high-quality, virgin plastic our tubs are made from is not “single-use” plastic, making them safe for our customers to use again and again. Many of our customers have found great ways to repurpose our bold and bright tubs, from planters, pencil cases, and drawer tidies to bird baths and feeders. https://www.prodograw.com/our-packaging/ Best wishes Team ProDog

Hello Deborah, Thank you for your fantastic feedback. We're so pleased to hear that both you and your dogs are happy with the food—it's always lovely to know when tails are wagging at mealtimes! We're also glad our website and customer service met your expectations. Noted on the delivery timing— our couriers will schedule their deliveries according to location and the most cost effective routes. We hope your next delivery arrives earlier for you, but rest assured the packaging is designed to keep food frozen / cold for over 48 hours during the delivery process. Many thanks again for your support and please do get in touch if you would like to discuss. Best wishes Team ProDog
