The shipping was good , although 24hrs+ later than the day I requested, was packed ok... my dog has been on raw food since 8 weeks (proper meat and vegetables) and I ordered a sample pack for days...

We are sorry to hear this. if you had contacted us we would have been able to offer some help and advice on making the transition because even raw to raw can benefit from the right transition. Service ok, but dogs didn't do well on the food I am afraid, I found it quite mushy and three of my dogs wouldn't eat it. Even with a 50% discount offer it was a lot more expensive than what I pay...
