Hi there Having read your review, there are a few things you can do to help with a dog struggling to poo. First we would recommend rotating the proteins so they are getting a variety alternating between red and white meat. You can also add a pro-biotic to their food. Our bone content is 10% - this is the recommended amount to ensure that the dog is getting the right calcium/phosphorous ratio. We do have a boneless tripe option which you can add into the rotation as well. With regards to the delivery, we have checked and it seems that we have delivered next day on 3 of the last 4 occasions. The final time we were an additional day but our packaging is designed to keep the food frozen for longer than this so there shouldn't be any issues. Kind Regards Team ProDog
