Hi there The premium grade meat content in our Complete Range has increased to 85 percent whilst the vegetable content has decreased by 5 percent. We have also removed cod liver oil and replaced it with the finest Scottish salmon oil, therefore delivering even better nutritional value for money than before. We created the offal free bundle with our Dalmatian customers in mind, providing you with an option to keep the price low despite our necessary increases across the board on individual products, (all bundles are discounted and come with free delivery). You will also notice the offal free bundle contains less staples, we’ve included both rabbit and duck (higher-priced options). Rabbit is a fantastic novel and lean protein source which is also hypoallergenic, so we highly recommend inclusion in a varied and balanced diet. The natural consistency of the meat is finer though; have you tried mixing this in with your dog's favourite option? Our delivery prices for bespoke orders (non-bundle orders) have stayed exactly the same, there has been no increase here. As explained in the email we sent out in February (if you missed this it may have landed in your junk folder) we have absorbed price increases for both raw materials and packaging for almost a year now without passing these on. To make sure we keep our quality promise; to continue delivering the same calibre of delicious, healthy meals that you’re accustomed to and ensure ProDog remains sustainable, we’ve had to adapt our pricing. The changes we’ve made to our food recipes deliver even more quality nutrition which comes with a price but we have tried our very best to offset these increases by offering ways for customers to save, such as: 5% discount to those who subscribe on any order Bundles discounted and come with free delivery Subscribing and/or choosing a pre-packed bundle saves us operational costs. It is important to us that we pass these savings onto our customers where possible. We hope this explains fully our new pricing Kind Regards Team ProDog

Hi there We can see that you placed two orders for 6kg for delivery. The orders were placed 2 days apart. The orders were requested to 2 different addresses in the same town, one road apart. The first order was delivered about 6 doors up from the correctly delivered order according to DPD tracking. You stated that you had asked the person at that house and they denied ever having the parcel. Our T&C’s state if a delivery has been stolen that you must contact the police to report the theft and then come back to us with the police details. From our understanding, you didn’t want to take the matter further with the police so unfortunately, there wasn’t anything further we could do. Our team did investigate this for you though. Kind Regards Team ProDog
