Hi there - As you live in a 2-day delivery area, the sample pack was sent packed with our usual packaging plus dry ice. Did you use the food? We would have been able to help if you had sent us photos. The code of 20STARTER was sent and is still showing as ready to use against your account so you can use this next time. Any issues, please contact us before completing checkout. The 25kg bundles don't state free treats so if you meant that there were no free treats in the sample we can add these onto your next order. We were looking to see if you have contacted us but we have no record. Hi Amanda So, I have forwarded this on to the team at head office for further investigation. If you did the build a box rather than just ordering a pre-packed bundle, you should have had free treats and it shouldn't have arrived thawed. We will look into it and come back to you. Kind Regards Sheryl
