Hello Nikki, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how worrying it can be when a dog suddenly changes their eating habits. There can be many reasons why dogs back off their food, ranging from age-related changes in behaviour, hormones to general anxiety. Our canine behaviourist, Caroline Spencer, is available to offer support and advice to help understand and address what might be going on with your dog. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of perishable goods, this is set out in our terms and conditions and is in line with legal requirements for food products. To help customers trial our range with less commitment, we offer our sample packs specifically for this reason. As much as we’d like to make returns possible, it simply isn’t something we’re allowed to do, and we’ve done our best to make this clear within our terms of business on our website. I can also see from your previous conversations with our nutritionist that your dog is now eating well on the flavours aside from Turkey, which is great progress. If you’d like any further advice or tailored guidance to continue supporting your dog’s diet, we’d be more than happy to help. In our last email we offered more advice and support, please do let us know if this was helpful. That said, we're really sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with the packaging and product handling. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive broken boxes or deal with leakage when defrosting, and we absolutely take concerns like splinters in the food very seriously.
