Thank you for the lovely update. We’re so happy to hear Harry’s bowl is always licked clean, that’s the ultimate compliment. Sounds like he’s a true fan who needs just one extra taste before heading out. Give him a scratch behind the ears from us. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Lee, Thank you so much for your detailed review. We’re delighted to hear your sample box arrived on time and in good order (always our aim) and thrilled that your new puppy is already thriving on the food. Hearing that her bloating has decreased, her energy is up, and her digestion has improved truly makes our day. We’re sorry to hear about the DHL driver’s handling of the parcel; that’s not how deliveries should be treated. While courier behaviour is outside our control, we always want our customers to feel supported. If you experience an issue, our team is here to help and pass feedback to the courier. Thank you again for the 5 stars. We really appreciate it. If you would like to discuss the contents of the variety in the bundles, delivery, nutrition or training, please do contact support@prodograw.com. We are always happy to help. Best wishes Team ProDog

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear that you love our range and that your GSD is enjoying her raw dinners and the hoof chews. It’s great to know they’re keeping her happily occupied. We’re also pleased that you’ve found our raw meals both high-quality and affordable, especially for a larger dog. Making raw feeding accessible is something we care deeply about. We specialise exclusively in raw nutrition, so we don’t produce kibble. But we truly appreciate your suggestion and feedback Thank you again for your support; it means a lot to us. Best wishes Team ProDog
