Hello Julia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear how well your dogs are doing on the ProDog Low Fat Bundle and that your overweight dog has already lost 1kg — that’s great progress. It’s lovely to know that Alison’s guidance helped you find a solution after hitting a plateau, and that mealtimes are now such an exciting part of the day for your dogs. Hearing that they’re healthy, full of vitality, and thriving means everything to us. We’re also really pleased Robyn was able to resolve the delivery issue quickly for you. Providing genuine care, clear communication, and ongoing support is at the heart of what we do, so your kind words truly mean a lot. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation — we’re so happy to be part of your dogs’ journey. Best wishes Team ProDog
