Hello valued customer, Thank you for your feedback. New food can be a source of anxiety to some dogs and they may refuse to eat it. We can help you and suggest ways to encourage dogs to try new diets. Our behaviourist will be in touch to help you bring confidence to your dog to eat and enjoy their new diet. This is the blog of ours in the meantime for you to take a look at reasons why dogs may not eat and solutions to help you. https://www.prodograw.com/behaviour/fussy-dog-guide/ I hope this helps and please look out for an email from ProDog Raw so we can help you further and make the solution more bespoke Many best wishes Team ProDog Raw
