Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that your dog is thriving on our food and that you're pleased with the quality – that’s exactly what we aim for! We do appreciate your comments about the packaging as well. While our trays are designed to make defrosting and storage as convenient as possible, we’re sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with splits or breakages. This isn’t the standard we strive for, and we’re actively working to address any concerns with durability, this takes time and we do take your comments seriously. Great to read you have found a solution for now in placing them in a container when defrosting. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us improve. If you encounter any further packaging issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Our team would be happy to assist and ensure everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you for choosing ProDog Raw, and for trusting us with your dogs nutrition, it means the world to us and we very much value your continued support. Warm regards, Team ProDog Raw

Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our chicken free bundle. Unfortunately as the boxes are pre packed and as such we can offer a favorable price we are unable to swap any packs out. You may like to opt to select your own choice of proteins to be boxed, however this does work out a fraction more expensive for you, however when you subscribe the delivery is free. Another solution, if you've not tried yet, is to mix the turkey with one you dog loves or add in a mashed tinned sardine, many absolutely love these. I hope these suggestions are helpful. Please do contact customer-services if you'd like more support. Kind regards Team ProDog Raw
