Good afternoon, A senior member of the customer service team has been made aware of your feedback regarding the missing rabbit in your order and has emailed you so we can get this resolved for you. We completely understand your concern, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have informed the warehouse about the oversight regarding your order and have requested that they take measures to prevent this from happening in the future. While we strive to provide a diverse selection of protein options, we sometimes face challenges with stock availability for popular items like rabbit, and while this can happen, it certainly doesn’t excuse the lack of variety with your order. Please do keep an eye on your email inbox where there is an email awaiting your reply. Best wishes Team ProDog Raw
