Hi there Sean. Unfortunately, this was due to circumstances beyond our control. During the recent Covid-19 crisis we, like everyone, have been navigating our way through uncertain times. Hi Angelica - re the dog who was more reluctant to eat, we would suggest that you read our advice on a slow transition and adopt this approach - https://www.prodograw.com/switch-to-raw-dog-food/ The options that you thought to smell off would be tripe - please be advised it is not off, it is just the way that tripe smells which is not great. I hope this answers your questions.
