Yes. The router was left with a neighbour yesterday (10 November) even though clearly written on the pack was "Special Instructions - Do not leave with Neighbour" No advance warning from the delivery company of time of delivery. I was told by the Co-op representative during my phone call on 7 November that the router would be delivered next day (8 November). I had offered to pay extra for speedy delivery, but this was not necessary. The very poor delivery service reflects badly on the Co-op.
I had considerable trouble getting through to speak to the right person and it took several attempts so I wasn't happy about that. But once I got to speak to someone they were very helpful and...

I still have two problems.
1. The broadband speed seems to have slipped back nearer to 17 rather than the promised minimum of 28.
2. Several of our regular callers (normally from 01264 numbers) cannot now telephone us. They get a "number unavailable" response. This is very serious and needs to be investigated.
