After some long waits on the phone and claim that landline fault had been fixed, the new ultrafast broadband works very well and the phone connection works too.

Not very good service waiting ages to talk customer services Took ages to process order and active SIM and billing issues

Not a good experience
I may think better of them when they deliver the router which is part of the package I am paying for.
