have not yet recieved my order
i have not recieved my order placed on 5th august
never had a problem before with any orders so cannot understand why my order
has not been delivered

I’ve been in constant contact with customer support and they keep putting me off by delaying the dispatch the items. They say it has been sent to the courier but they have ‘technical issues” which keeps delaying it. This does not tell me anything and I made the order almost a month ago and am no nearer receiving my parcel. Please look into this for me as I need the item

Not received 27 days later.
Ordered and approved on 4th August. It’s now 27 days later and have still not received despite EU Meds indicating they dispatched on 5th August. Keep getting responses from Ashley at customer...

I have emailed twice today Owen but not received a reply to either. Your website now states you have the item in stock so why has it not been delivered. The Royal Mail tracking still states they are awaiting the item.

Nothing has been sent by SMS. I am still awaiting delivery of the parcel. Why hasn't it been delivered yet and why are customer support not responding to emails and why are the telephone lines unavailable?
It is beginning to appear that this may be a scam.
