Appalling delivery as not sent Next Day and Tracked Delivery

Order not arrived Given the value should have been sent Next Day delivery and Tracked I had an identical problem with my previous order

We do use multiple different delivery types depending on the size of the contents of the parcel, all of our deliveries are send out using a recorded delivery option by standard. You may not be able to track each of these items at each step as they are shipped, but you will get confirmation when a delivery is attempted.
