Bad Advice

Online doctor prescribed 1 x Eumovate (clobetasone butyrate 0.05%) ointment (100 grams). Condition got worse. I consulted my GP who said, "I would recommend a very thick emollient ( moisturiser)...

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your prescribed medication did not work as expected, although I am pleased you contacted your own GP to help resolve the matter. The Online Doctor is a private service and there can be a difference in price as you are charged for the consultation, consulting your GP will be using the NHS service and therefor free of charge. After a doctor approves your condition, then everything moves very quickly. Price of medicine is very reasonable especially when you also get the discounts.
