Collection times should be more specific
Most companies close before 6pm so having a collection time up to 6pm is not helpful

Perfect for me as I can't leave work to post parcels so same day collection is perfect. The only thing I can think that would make it a better service would be to be offer other choices of couriers...

Quick and efficient delivery
Parcel was picked up from my house and arrived in Austria a day earlier than expected which is great but lucky someone was in to sign for it otherwise a really good friendly reliable service.
