Excellent service but disappointed with lack of insurance for artwork. All my work is framed and glazed and there is no cover however safely it is packed.

In my opinion ParcelHero is the Fastest & Cheapest parcel service in the UK. An Excellent all round service.

Brilliant from start to finish. Parcel was collected at 4pm from Oxford and delivered to Florida 23hrs later.

Excellent Service!

I would advise all customers to avoid using DPD couriers via Parcel Hero,because they are extremely unreliable.If you look at the DPD Facebook page you will see endless complaints.

Hi Alex, DPD turned up to collect the parcel on MON.7th.Dec., despite me cancelling on Dec.2nd and a refund issued.Can you believe this ? Dave Davis.P.S. I think you mean ENSURE not INSURE.
