Very sorry for the delay but we emailed you 3 times to say that there was an issue with your credit card. Glad we finally got to speak to you and have resolved the problem.

Very sorry you never got the confirmation email from our site but we had a technical fault which has now been fixed. We did of course ship your order immediately we received it by 1st class post.
