Items ordered were sent to me with incorrect postage, so they arrived late and I had to pay to retrieve them from the post office.

I am very sorry that this has happened and apologise for the inconvenience. Our postage rates are calculated on a machine that is supplied to us so how this has happened I really don't understand. We will be looking into this further to make sure it does not happen again.
Only used you for smaller items so far, but as a student pilot local to Edinburgh learning to fly weightshift microlights, I've found you very responsive and quick at despatching packages.
Very fast delivery and all questions asked promptly answered. I ordered a similar product from the US (Mendelssohn didn't show on my Goigke search:-( ) for half the cost again then I had to pay...
