Helpful staff, good display in store, reasonable prices & rapid delivery.
Helpful staff when ordering over the phone. Prompt delivery. Friendly delivery driver (Sally). Good communications via email, text and phone. Kept up to date throughout the delivery process.
My dryer broke just before xmas! Marks Electrical was the only company who had my wanted item in stock and would deliver the same week without any charge!!

The only thing I don't understand is why I would have been charged for recycling the wrapping!
It doesn’t really sit well with me when I buy an environment friendly product. Surly it must be in the company’s interest to be perceived as resource-efficient.
