top class rang 5pm on weds 2/1/13 to see when the earliest my oven and hob could be delivered. They had to travel 130 miles to get to my house and it was in my kitchen at 7.45am on the 3/1/13. great...

Need to change when the delivery times are allocated, you find out after closing hours, and if its not possible to make it and you're allocated time is before opening hours then you have a problem....

Did exactly as they said they would. Gave 2 hour delivery slot & text & emailed, told you the drivers name & said he'd ring 30 mins before arrival. Great price & service will use again and recommend.
