Excellent to see Makro online now but am overall nervous over the state of the good that will be dispatched knowing how damaged the stock can get in store by bumbling customers and over zelous staff...
Ordered 8 bins, 6 arrived, apparently two still in warehouse, Makro customer service has contacted me twice since the 28th sept (order date) to say we are looking into it. Ridiculous!!! Still waiting...

Efficient and quick rsponse regarding my order particularly as I am a new customer.
I ordered goods that Makro were unable to supply - it was a waste of time, and I had to source the goods from elsewhere at a higher price to get delivery quickly to meet my deadlines
Sent the weong one but a horbile beach/ ash not a nice satin chrome one as asked for to much bother to send back just not good enough really you should sort this out
