Having used the service twice I think the overall service is excellent but I was very disappointed at the packaging of the most recent order as the box was enormous for the few items purchased. Even the delivery man remarked that the box was a bit of a worry in his van as it was collapsing inwards despite being wrapped in black protective plastic.
