Regarding group size, we regret that the number of guests exceeded your expectations for a “small group” experience. While our small group tours can include up to 24 guests, we understand your disappointment if this was not made clear at the time of booking. We are also sorry to hear that you found only a few of the included meals satisfactory and that you felt too much time was allocated to souvenir shopping.
