Thank you for writing to us with your concerns regarding the high altitudes. As a result, we have passed on your feedback to our Operations team, as our guests well-being is our number one priority. Additionally, it disappoints us to learn that some of the experiences were not to your preferences; therefore, we have sent these comments to our Product Development team for their consideration. Furthermore, we would like to extend our deepest condolences and inform you that for any help with your travel insurance claims, our Insight Experts will be available to offer their assistance. 

Unfortunately, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to make changes to our itineraries at short notice. However, we regret to learn you were unable to participate in an experience, and we apolgise for any inconvenience. That said; we have passed on your concerns regarding the organisation of the tour to our Operations team, to determine where changes and improvements could be made going forward.
