Your feedback about the coach experience and the overall structure of the tour is very helpful. That said, we’re sorry to learn that several aspects of the journey did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the amount of free time in certain locations, and we agree that optional excursions can greatly enhance the experience on such days. Your suggestion will be shared with our Product Team for future planning. We also regret that the communication around daily schedules and departure times was insufficient. Clear and timely information is essential, and we will review our processes to ensure guests are better informed throughout their journey. Your comments about the group dynamics, dining experiences, and hotel room allocations have been noted with care. We understand that preferences vary, and we’re sorry that the group meals and Michelin-starred experience did not align with your expectations.
