As well, we are always working hard to create new and exciting itineraries for our guests. Therefore, we have passed on your new destination suggestions to our Product Development team for their consideration going forward. Nonetheless, we are delighted that you had an excellent time journey with Insight Vacations.  

By request, our Reservations team are always happy to help arrange private transfers for our guests making their own travel arrangements. Nevertheless, we are delighted that you enjoyed your overall time on the tour, and we hope that you have made many brilliant memories.

It deeply saddens us to read that train delays affected your touring schedule for Toronto. Whilst we do advise our guests that there may be potential disruptions, and therefore recommend booking evening flights when departing, as the city sightseeing tour can be changed from day fourteen to day sixteen, we are sorry to learn that this issue impacted your journey. The mentioned concerns aside, it remains our hope that you had a fantastic time in your first two weeks exploring Canada with us, and returned home with some great stories to share of your adventure.
