We are very disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your time in India, and concerned that the service, time spent journeying to each location and shopping opportunities fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, these matters will be discussed with our Operations team to help make any appropriate changes to the itinerary and to ensure a comfortable travelling experience for our guests. That said, we sincerely hope that you have been able to take away some memorable highlights from your journey and we hope to able to restore your belief in our luxury gold vacations in the future.

On all of our Luxury Gold trips, we endeavour to incorporate the perfect amount of time for included activities, shopping and leisure time. However, we thank you for raising your concerns about the itinerary and we will look closely at your feedback, to determine how this experience could be improved further.
