One of the ways in which we endeavour to ensure a seamless adventure is by keeping our guests well informed throughout their journey. Therefore, we regret to learn of your disappointment with some of the information that you received and we apologise for any miscommunication that might have occurred at the beginning of your trip. Furthermore, we have confidence in our trusted partners to provide our passengers with an enjoyable experience, so we are troubled that some of the accommodations and excursions fell short of your expectations. However, we have communicated this to our Quality Control and Product Development Teams respectively along with your thoughts about the arrangement of the itinerary, all for consideration. Additionally, as you have rightly observed, we work closely with the Treadright Foundation to ensure that all of our experiences meet globally recognised animal welfare criteria. Yet, we appreciate your concern for the well-being of the Elephants in Sri Lanka and we have brought your feedback to our Operations Team for review.
